The THC 22P MULTIPROCESS is a state-of-the-art machining center designed for greater flexibility and increased productivity in the manufacture of large parts up to 1750 mm high and 2200 mm turning. All this, thanks to the integration of an automatic changeover system between two tables with its workpiece loading and setup station and its outstanding multitasking capability, all elements that complete this center for advanced 5-axis / 5-sided machining in a single setup. Equipped with a continuously rotating B-axis head and torque motor, an electrospindle up to 84 kW, 452 Nm and 12,000 rpm and a highly dynamic table with turning speeds up to 400 rpm in vertical turning operations and workloads up to 10,000 kg, in short, we are talking about a model designed to meet the challenges that the market imposes today.
